What diff does mine have? Its an ED Ghia I6. A few people have told me its an LSD in them but if thats the case it must be buggered!
Ive been wanting to change my diff to LSD for a while but dont really know what type is best and how much i should be paying for one. Its got a 5spd box going in this week too. How much did you pay for yours mate?

All EB 8's came with a limited slip centre..... it was a safety issue/consideration well before the intro of traction control and ESP etc.
I am pretty sure too that all EB ghia's (regardless of engine) were LSD standard too. Further to that tho, I think they were and extra cost option on the ED Ghia 6's for some reason....

My ED Ghia 4.0L has a 3.27 LSD.
And my EB Ghia 3.9L Wagon has a 3.23 LSD. I think all Ghia models had LSD as std fitment. BenJ

for the speedo sender there is a diff gear calculator in the tech docs section (not forum up top), but will be hard as you dont know the original diff gears, but for a 3.45 from memory you will want a black sender gear (do check that), i get mine from a ford dealer was under $20 from memory, 3>4mins to install inc jacking the car up.

oh ok so the only diff gear i need is like under $20
and i still have the old diff at work so i can find out what gears it was if i had to:) but i have worked it my speedo is 10 k's behind eg when it says 80 im doing 70 cheers Drifty
