Hey.
I got ford to lower my fairlane. They put new shockers when they installed the springs. They suggested using Pedders Velocity Responsive Damping.

These shocks are awsome, i have a nice low ride, with improved handling. These are not a hard shocker. Which means the ride is awsome, and you will not lose that fairlane feel.

yes, but with a twist..

heres the thing

drove down for new years to apollo bay...

sus is stock, had 4 ppl in the car, 2 bags of cloths and 1 box of cherries..

the car sooo heavy around great ocean road but the worst thing was when i was pushin 120-130 and there was a lil bump in the raod, the rear scraped.. when i pulled into town (apollo bay) carparks, driveways it scraped..

when i got out of the car, the rear was sitting like superlows so it got my thinging this...

beacuase the car is HEAVY (1700kgs + LPG tank) should i get either'

#1 Superlows and hard shocks (but then loose the fairlane feel)

#2 Lows and keep the same shoks (will look better and still feel like a fairlane)

thanks for the help

Ok , no one else has mentioned this so I will. ....

How about dont do 130kph with 4 mates in the car ? Especially if your profile is right, and you are 17?? Keep that up your car scraping will be the least of your worries.
