Hi all
Have searched every where for no result.....
As i understand the xf wagons and utes used a different master cylinder to the sedans, different bias?? my question is how do i decypher the stamp coding on the master cylinder to see what I have currently in a ute. I have taken over a ute half way through rebuild, this ute has 4 disc setup, the cylinder is leaking and dont know whether to rebuild this one cause i cant tell if its the right one or not.
and I'm guessing a booster from eb should be ok to use in the xf?
cheers

Found the info i needed, its amazing what you learn when you read the manuals
The xf utes have a 3.1Mpa bias split, same as EA/EBseries 1 wagons, and i just happen to have rebuilt one of those.
The sedans have a 2.4 split so not suitable for utes/wagons. These numbers are stamped on the end near the brake switch.
cheers
