hey guys... just wondering if anyone knows anything about the pinion gear bearing in an EA II

is it a big or small bearing? just wondering if anyone knows before i pull the diff apart.. so i know if i need to buy a new bearing or not.. and what size

I guess everyone is passing on this one, I will try to help before you get yourself into drama. The pinion has two bearings, both and infact all the diff center bearings are not replacable by the home handyman. You need to allign the diff after they are replaced. A job for the experts.

well it's all getting done in my mates workshop.. he's pulled apart and assembled many diffs... and each time is suprised by the size of the bearings.. hence he has asked if i can find out before he pulls it apart... thanks for you help tho.. :)
