hey guys,
i live in east melb (ringwood/croydon/bayswater) area and i am interested in ringing around places to get my car lowered.

any places that you guys suggest or dont suggest?

p.s. i dont have a lot of money so i was thinkin of just getting springs and shocks

fi you can get in to dandenong a place called strut fit talk to lance and he should be able to do king springs lows or superlows with shocks for 600bucks i'll find his phone number if you want

thanks but i just ran into a problem that RACV will only allow a 30mm (1.25") drop from the original height :/

so now i have to find a place that can help me out with that...

i rang midas and he said that the king 'lows' would bring it down more than that and he didnt really have any other suggestions, then i rang up pedders and told them the same problem and they said they could put in their speical own struts that would lower it 30mm... however that would cost $950!!! which is too much for me

so iv got a bit of a problem on my hands...

i got king lows in mine and i like the way it site. have a look in the gallery. i think they are the same height as the XR springs etc. so they should be cool with insurance people
