Ride: Ford Falcon Ticford XR8 220Kw

Location: Bateau Bay
NSW, Australia

has anyone come across the auto trans in a auIII XR8 220Kw , that will change in auto mode no probs and will shift down manualy but when trying to shift up manualy the dash indicator goes back to "D" and it then changes in auto mode as normal? :evil:

All I know is that my NF 5.0 trans did that and it turned out to be the inhibitor switch!
