you know the kind, hold one foot on the brake and apply a little throttle until you almost break traction, then take the foot off the brake and punch it..... so the back end arches up lol

will this practice hurt my automobile?

I seriosuly doubt anything will blow up, but it's not great for your diff...

Just don't do it at every traffic light and you'll be sweet mate...

u might also consider getting a hi stall converter buddy, thats what they are for.
