can I change the rear springs without a spring compressor? I got one but I gotta find em..
not to lazy to change springs bit too lazy to look..

i know it can be done in an xf,, the rear suspension is pretty much the same in the E series cars,, it makes life much easier if you do have one however,, just take the shocks out, and allow the diff to fall as far as possible,, maybe even take off the watts link to allow for more travel?

Hmmm... also depends on how low the new ones are... you could always cut the old ones out in their spot... he he.. ring any bells?

yes you can take em out with out

jack car up by diff then put stands under the chassis lower the jack so the diff comes down a bit undo shock in the from car and diff then lower diff till you can get spring out

all done home and hosed sickd's method was the attemped one and had em all in and out under ½ an hour.
