Rolled my ef gaurds using a medium hammer and palm pressure on the outside,just firm pressure.Patience is a virtue dont try to roll them in one hit.Go back and forward with small hits.If still not confident get a panel beater to do it,costs less than new gaurds.

you will crack the paint, if you get a proper guard roller and a heat gun u can fully lip it in without even cracking or damaging the paint OR leaving any dents / uneven dents in your guard or ripples.
simple as this you want a s**t job, dont spend money. |

I just got my car lowered (superlows) and 17"s put on and have had no problems. Car sits nice aswell.
Guy at the tyre place said if you get 18"s they recommend it as a pre-caution, and if you have superlows (even with 17"s) they say do it.

17s are usualy ok... but i can vouch for getting the front lipped with 18s...mine scrub a bit when turning sharp into a driveway if im not careful...

I found that my 17's on my EL which is kinda low used to scrub going around roundabouts however it no longer does it since the tyres ended up rolling the guard for me

i have herd of getting a bit of small pipe and geting somone to hold it inbetween the tyre and gard then u drive farward, it does a nice clean job. but i wouldent do it to my car unless i seen somone els do it

ahh jees.
your all a bunch of cheap asses  just pay someone to get it done before you rip your guard or chunk of a brand new tyre out.

tempe is definately the cheapest, but unsure if they use a heatgun.
tyre express 7 day tyres agr i think do it as well, but HEAT gun is the key |

a block of wood wrapped in masking tape and a hammer works perfectly fine, unless your some nuff nuff who cant even hold 1.
