Hey guys, second thread.

My newly aquired EL Fairmont tends to have a fair bit of axle tramp if i give it some stick off the line - is there a solution to this, and what causes it?

Mine was fixed with new polyurethane bushes in the rear lower control arms and new rubber ones on the upper and new shocks.

She's an awesome tyre fryer now not a diff destroyer.

When you got enough go in your engine to make the diff jump up & down really fast and makes the back get hammered. Not good, can destroy diffs and uni's.

Its the 8 bushes in the rear that need replacing, both upper and lowers. Good bushes and you will have no worries.

I thought it was " Eat an apple through a picket fence" or "Chew a tomato through a tennis racket"

Couldn't run a choko vine over a sh!thouse.
Couldn't run a pie stand at a footy match.
Couldn't organise a f%*k in a whorehouse.
There the ones I remember.
