It's variable. Do you want an electronic shift kit with a switch so that you can turn it on/off.. or do you want to physically mod the auto box?
As for LSD.. are you looking to covert your existing diff to LSD or are you just going to swap it over with a second hand diff from another falcon?

If you do the electronic shift kit, it'll cost $15-$70 depending on whether you make it yourself or buy a pre-made one. It's around $300 for one where they mod your box by changing one of the solenoids (I think it's S5).

I believe converting your existing diff to LSD will cost around $300.

The electronic shift kit is extremely common amongst people on this forum. Do a search.. there's a 30 page thread somewhere about it.

LSD is common too, but most people just get the diff out of a wrecked XR falcon with lsd and swap them over.

Do a search and you'll find plenty of information :)

just had a look at shiftkits.com.au and they had 3 types.

"Fully Adjustable TransMod"
"The adjustable module, has a variable control and one switch, the switch allows the module to be turned on or off, and the variable control allows to to ultimately adjust the shift firmness to your preference."

im gonna email them to get more info but i think thats the one im gonna get.

any opinions??

It's either that.. or you can buy the parts and build one yourself for under $20.
No matter what you choose to do though you'll have to fit it yourself, which involves cutting wires from the ECU. Have a look at: http://www.fordmods.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2378
