Hi guys, ive just swapped over my speedo gear from my old gearbox into the new one but now my speedo will not work at all and it wont change gear, is there a specific way these gears need to be changed over or do i just keep playing with it until it works?

Cheers
Josh

black is 23 teeth, i use that one with a 3.45 since the ford speedos seem to be about 5% generous.

That calculator doesn't actually work properly. If you increase the gear teeth the speedo reading should go DOWN not up.
