i just got my ef fairmont going after putting in a new motor and the battery was disconnected for a fair while, and the tranny has gone into limp home mode any ideas on how to get it out plz.

Make sure your wires on the battery and all tight... and no loose wires near it... one of them has something to do with the auto... Did in my EB anyway...

got it sorted just had to disconnect battery for 5 or 10 mins
