Hey guys,

Looking to upgrade the Shocks after this financial yeah, as they are getting pretty uncumfortable on country roads.

Depending on how much $$$ i save up will depend what type of gear i get, but i plan to do the following-
Upgrade to nolathane bushes
Replace power steering arm bushes/seals
Replace shocks
And replace swaybar/anti roll bushes too

Atm i have the EF XR tickford suspension.

So ive got a few ideas on a few different brands to look for such as Monroe, KYB, Bilstien and KONI... but yeah all depends on price... Which brings me to my question...

Is thier ne where in South Australia Fordmods members can pick up discount for suspension parts... or mabe somewhere out of SA i can get discount or something? :)

Im guessin to replace the stuff i have listed above would prolly set me back close to $1000 mabe.. :? But yeah im just interested to know if anyone out thier can get Fordmods members special discounts

Cheers, hopefully someone knows of a few places :)

I think you have to arrange freight yourself at the moment....

Yeah cheers for that Martin, ive already checked that out and done some pricing etc... Basically it will work out cheaper to get it all in SA if i COULD lol, plus i have no way to organise frieght either..

Im gonna go to places like Sprint Autos and Repco this week to see what they can offer me but i dont like my chances.. Ive already got a few quotes just for new shocks... $325 a pair for Bilstien shocks  LOL surely i can get it cheaper than that!

Hmm not completely sure on type but it was like $160 for one and were rears only fronts were like fkn $50 more.. I managed to get about $30 off, thru a place down here, but $160 is still way too much for me i was thinking more like paying $200-250 for a pair. :)

Might try my luck with Repco and sprints this week :?
