whats the pedal box got to do with the gearbox?

To fit a huge T56 into a EF, You'll need to modify the trans tunnel.
You'll also need to shorten the tail shaft.
You'd modify your pedal box to take a hydraulic master cylinder.

You won't get much change out of $4000!

all this and you're running >150kw?

you can do a T56 conversion for under $2500.

To fit the T56 in the tunnel, the shifter cutout on the floorpan needs to be moved back about 50mm.

The tailshaft, get one custom made to be safe.

You can modify the E-Series peddle box to fit the BA clutch pedal/master cylinder combo.

For any details on this conversion, speak to Rollin either on here or www.boostedfalcon.net as he is the T56 Conversion Guru having DIY'ed a full T56 conversion.

I'm just thinking of when pyroay did his T56 conversion from Mal Wood.

That cost him near on $9000 by the time there was a clutch and tail shaft involved. No need for any tunnel mods though to fit it in (maybe with the exception of cutting the shifter opening a bit)

The main part is buying the box, I have seen some go for $1500 in the past, but you gotta be very lucky to get one under $2-2500k.
