Are auto EF tailshafts the same as manual EF tailshafts?

Dont know if they are exactly the same, but they fit. In fact you can swap any V8/I6/manual/auto tailshaft from eb onwards.

Except for the LWB ones of course.

Pretty sure the length varies, the slip flange should be the same.

There ot exactly the same but they are the same if you know what i mean.Ford arent like holdens where they have 6cylinder and 8cylinder tailshafts and different uni's depending on what model.Fords are almost the same from EA to EL are the same done know bout AU but if they are the same length well they must be interchangable.
