hi everyone, i just wanted to know if the tremic t56 will fit into my au ute s3
the guy i bought it of said it would but i thought i should double check, any thoughts? |

It can fit, but it's not a straight bolt in as such. Gotta convert to hydraulics, or MalWood sell a hydraulic to cable conversion kit, possibly lengthen your shifter hole a little, custom crossmember, and mod your tailshaft. Then you've gotta figure out the speedo side of things. If you're on www.boostedfalcon.net read up on the build threads by Rollin and Bomber who have done their own DIY conversions. |

there is a build in "the garage" the red au with monaro bonnet he converted it from 5 to 6, i want to do this but money is an issue,

iv'e just been speaking to mal wood auto
and $5,500-600 to convert my car with the t56 i allready have out of xr6t but that price includes 3.9 diff gears and its all put in by them bit of a shame cause i dont have the dollars atm |

apparently cheaper to get everything thru him because he has different t56's
that fit i bought the box seperate for 4,000 |
