Seems the ELGT Style Brake Upgrade Kit for the E Series is almost here.
Joe from Crescent Motorsports in Sydney and also Darren from Fentree Gully Auto Salvage in Melbourne are both doing these kits which will comply of; Modified Spindles (Left+Right) on exchange basis Twinpot Calipers (PBR or Tickfords) 330mm Rotors (although Joe might do a cheaper 297mm rotor kit too) Braided Hoses Approx price is about $1000-1500. Thought i'd let everyone know again about this as seems to be a lot of interest, both sydney and melbourne will ship these out on your expensive of package/shipping (varies from state to state). If you are interested please let us know here as we need to know numbers. Braided Hoses also available currently from Sydney for $280 (front and rear) ;(for those who dont know what braided hoses are basically you have rubber hoses, hotter they get more they expand. with metal/braided hoses your pedal stays firm all the time under pressure/heat) Melbourne also do to braided hose kits as well! Latest happenings! |

Could you fit other calipers to the spindles when they are modified (ie AP 4 pistons), or would you need adapters

I take it these will require certain minimum sized wheels to be fitted?? - what size?

they will require 16" we have been told however we suspect you may need 17"
will confirm once we have the kits

the package includes evreythings, rotors, braided lines, calipers and spindles. and yes 16" min wheels required
