Anyone know how many axles Vicroads deems a falcon sedan to have? Reason i ask is that i copped a fine the other day. on the fine it made reference to using a 2 axle vehicle. this has never been on any of my fines b4 and as best i can find out usualy the 2 axle or more thing is for trucks etc... Just looking for a little advice from someone who may know. thanx in advance.

well, in road rule terms a 2 axle vehicle can be a car.

A MR is a 2 axle Truck with 1 Steer and 1 rear Axle
A HR is a 3 axle Truck with 1 Steer and 2 as a tandem drive rear axle.

You clutching straws for a defect in the infringement notice?

It's a broad term....2 axles...skate board, push bike, motorbike, car, 4x4, ute, etc.
You can be done for drink-driving while walking a dog......" drunk while in charge of an animal".

You wont get out of it for a minor discrepancy, as long as your licence, vehicle details (eg rego) and offence is correct you're f**k.
