I am wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a modification available for the EL Falcon to allow for camber/caster adjustment?

From what I understand this adjustment was excluded in this model and as I have a wheel alignment regularly, I can't stop front tyres from wearing more on the inside than outside on both sides so it is more than camber on the roads.
Thank you.

Of course you can, they have been available for years, there is a shim type, and a ratchet type.

My question is though, who is doing your wheel alaignment and why have they not either rectified or suggested this to you???

Thank you for your reply. I have had wheel alignments done by reputable?? workshops. I thought there was a modification but only one mechanic elaborated on this subject and told me that it was a very expensive exercise, and in his opinion, wasn't worth it.

There you go. Good on you fordmods.

They come out of the factory with shims . . . and all you have to do is add more if you want less camber. It would be good to know the camber setting on your car, to know if it is the problem. Incorrect toe can also wear the tyres on the inside.

Thank you for that. I am going to have words with the last fellow that did a wheel alignment on my car. Nobody has told me it was that simple. I don't know what the toe result was but, trust me I will find out.
It is getting harder to find reliable mechanics or maybe it is harder to find someone who can read the machine properly (wheel Aligner)

Thanks again.

These would be what your looking for to correct camber and castor issues.

Decent wheel alignment places record your wheel alignment in a computer and guarantee it, subject to conditions of course.
