as per title. a mate wants to know if 225/50 17's will fit okay on his EF. It is on lows. I know that 235/45 fit okay and from what i can find out the overall size difference for these is +13.5mm diameter (whic i guess means the sit 6.75mm higher into the guard.
Does anyone know for sure if they will fit or will they foul on something?

you will have to have spacers or they will rub on the springs
