Any decent exhaust shop can weld one up for you, the V8's are very easy to make compared with the I6 ones. If you want pre-made ones try Herrod motorsport or Mich Webb SVO.

Ask an exhaust shop to cut a 3", 60 deg pre made mandrel bend back to fit in the place of the intake pipe.
Then use rubber hoses and clamps to secure it.
I have done this, but have not got any pics yet.

Im still using my air box.
I use an ELGT intake snorkel, K&N pannel filter, AUXR venturi, ribless airbox lid, Pro-m MAF meter, exiting into the 3" intake pipe going to the throttle body.
No seat of the pants difference, but looks nicer than the stock-o pipe with the dog turd hanging off it.

I used to have a herrod intake pipe on my baby.

I didnt like it, plus it didnt fit after I got the CAI done, so I sold it last year.

It was like $150ish from memory, and was HPC coated inside and out.
