I must say the 04 6 cyl I hired in Vancouver and drove to Chicago the other side was no ball tearer....

I hired one for a few days when I was in California a few months back. Cruising around the west coast beaches (malibu, santa monica, venice beach) and down to san diego was awesome! It was only a stock 6 but the styling alone made it all worthwhile.

You can get a brand new V8 GT stang over there for like 33k AUD :(
When I got back I enthusiasticly looked into importing and converting them to RHD but after seeing all the costs involved soon lost my enthusiasm and resigned myself to the fact that I'd have to get a "s**t" XR6T instead

Thanks Canadian Ford Fan

That whole thread on the Rouch site was an excellent job and very enlightening. I'm sure that you are justifiably proud of the result.

Thanks

Victoria definitely being one of them and I think the other being SA.

At victoria university last year I saw a VE 6 cyl lumina in left hand drive configuration and it was registered. Just had to have the huge a*** left hand drive sticker on the rear window. Also saw a black 06 mustang driving around laverton every evening.

Yeah we can have LHD cars here.

Some have to have LHD stickers if they do a large amount of K's but if its a special rego its not needed. Historical is one i know of, as there is a 1928 Chrysler around the corner from me that gets driven every day, by a P plater now. Beautiful condition too. Pretty sure its LHD

The late model left hook cars we see getting around over here are generally devellopment and research vehicles own by the car companies. They are on a special rego scheme and are actually very restricted in their use. They have to be booked in and out and logged much like a trade plate.
ANything 30 years old or less has to be converted to RHD. Anything 30 years or older is fine in left hook over here.

Now put the boobs next to the stang...then you'll increase the awesomeness.
