my fg ute uses 20l /100 of gas around town? does this sound right? what is fords claimed consumption with urban driving?

Urban consumption on an E-Gas is 20.1L/100km.

If thats what ford claim it should get I'd take it back and tell them shove the car sideways up their a***.

I get around 16 around town in my BA, I think the FG egas is the same running gear.

Is the ute loaded up, I know a mate of mine gets 20+ (BF egas), but he's a tradie and is towing a trailer all day.

Official consumption figures are:

11.9L/100km highway

14.9L/100km combined

20.1L/100km urban

Which is roughly a third higher than the consumption of the equivalent petrol-only Falcon.

My BF egas averages 18.5 l/100 round town empty but goes up to 20 if fully loaded.
