rods are definitely fine as others have said and duralite pistons have been used in boosted 202s for example for years.
forget about boost levels and all that jazz, power wise, standard ef/el pistons have been known to hold together at 350rwkw on PULP and advice from a person thats been there and knowns his s**t (HIBOOST) reckons the crowns will brakedown at 380rwkw.

the duralites would be on par if not slightly better than standard depending on design - especially crown support and webbing. cast production will still be a limiting factor, but a good piston design certainly goes a long way in keeping s**t together.

a mild built EF engine with cam and turbo to match (ie. GT3582 or T04z) should net around 300rwkw on 14psi, a standard factory bottom end should take that fine with a good tune and maybe a slight drop in compression.

it actually ended up running a 12.5@114mph as an auto.
as a manual it could never get a decent launch. It would either bog down. Fry the tyres or cook the clutch

Ahh fair enough ya i knew autos are quicker down the quarter but didn't know that much quicker lol
