Quick question with that, as you'd know QLD has to be the easiest state to get a compliance plate for boost, no emissions test or anything at all really required, engineer doesn't even start the car, has a look, makes sure everything is bolted up ok and off you go.
Question is if you get a compliance plate in QLD, can you then move to NSW without having to stress about getting the emissions tests and so forth when changing the rego over?

when transfering an out of state rego into nsw the car needs a full roadworthy(blue slip)..
afaik the supercharger will need to be removed or the car will need an engineers cerrtificate and emisions test..

NSW = different to Qld on these types of issues

So the engineers certificate and blue plate from qld would be meaningless?

Just got my Charger back from Tim with the new aerospace bearings and lighter internals in it.
My rig is part of the development of his superchargers so new bits can be tested and developed.
Even though it came back with a larger pulley by 1.5mm it feels faster through the gears.
Tim explained that the charger because of the lighter internals and better bearings will spin up much faster, like a lighter underdrive of sorts.
cheers.

Ive just put a pulley with a clutch in it so it's much kinder to the belts and there's a little overboost on gear changes.
I like it as it feels good to hear the whine continue when i back off the throttle.
It seems to use less fuel somehow as well, maybe it's not pressuring the manifold daily driving when i back off and causing the MAP to shut some fuel off..

I have more than enough power now as i'm running a 3mm smaller pulley than the 14/15 lb pulley i had on.I had 272RWKW then but now it's got more, how much i have no idea.
Yesterday i hosed a worked VE V8 SS up the range. He had no chance and he's now wanting a Raptor as well.He was faster through the corners and better under brakes(as expected) but once the road straightened up and i buried the boot it was bye bye.
I have taken a stock BA XL 4 speed column shift Ute as far as safely can go I think.
All up on performance mods i've spent 6 grand and some change for the Raptor,3 inch system and some tuning.Minor stuff like a colder thermo and some venting, wrapping headers and stuff as well.
Very very happy with where the car is now.
Cheers.

Hey Cooky,
Are you getting a tune with the new BBM? Would be interesting to see what she's tossing out.

Burnout I've only got an Xflash1 so as it was a bit rich(way rich) i'm bringing the motor up to the fuel if that makes sense.
The tune is boost indexed so it's OK.
