Got it today and compared it to the original, the difference is that on the original one the section where the pulley bolts on is flush where as the new is about 1cm out. I forgot to take side on but will do later.

Read the bit down the page where it says Ford racing dampers require a 0.937" spacer....

Well I'm pretty sure now it is the right part ordered, the old balancer actually is loose and the center moves, this was the cause of the vibration, the center completely separated from the balancer.

That'll do it. Wow I've never seen one that f**k though. Good thing you caught it before it exploded on you.
Makes me wonder what the yanks are on about with all those different spacers? Must be referring to V-belt stuff in the main.
