Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on what might be wrong I brought a replacement battery for a ef falcon i replaced the battery now i dont have dash lights and no power to start motor i have checked all the fuses but they all seem to be fine I have noticed the Smart Lock warning light flash all the time even when key is in the ignition

Try hitting the dash where the smartlock module is (not sure in EF, above the handbrake in EB) while trying to start it. Or bypass smartlock. Or, I had a similar issue in my BA two weeks ago, turned out I'd just disturbed a badly corroded neg battery cable.

Double check all wires to both the positive and negative are hooked up.

Especially the negative. The falcons need a strong connection to the - terminal and the car wont start if its not 100%
