i have a 1999 ford windstar problem is the wireing to the rem shorted. blew fuse #16 i replaced a couple times before i began to trouble shoot. After this problem anti theft light blinks fast after switch is turned on. The starter will not engadge my undestanding this is a pats problem.If i leave it on longe enough it blinks out a 15 code. I purchased shop manuals and performed all tests i could with a multy meter Everything i can check is good i think i dont have the money to pay a ford repair shop so if anyone can tell me how to fix or bypass the security system. That would be great. I need this van, right now all we have to drive is a 1 ton dump truck diesel it is not cheap to drive. Thanks for any help you can giv me.
