Hey guys I swapped the icc from my written off bf xr8 with dual climate to my ba xr6 that has single manual climate. I am not worried about the aircon and so on right now. But what will I need to salvage to get it working later. Also I changed the bem over which only solved the car starting problem. I still how we am getting the security code warning. I left battery connected in one car but not the other. Will I need to go to ford

You will keep your dash wiring harness, the Left Hand Mirror, it has the sensor in it, the Sun Sensor and the Heater box. That way it will be easier to fit the different shaft for the Dual Zone.

Why not just keep the WHOLE dash? that way you can just swap them over. If you wanted to keep the steering column, the Indicator would then be useable for you. The BF had the lights on feature.

TO programme the Radio, YES you need to get thee to a Ford dealer and when you change to Dual zone as well.
