Anyone have a idea on how to upgrade the power window cable in ford e series to something more heavy duty or i had a thought of putting a cable tensioner sumwhere

It's not the cable generally. It's the plastic the cable connects to that breaks.

in the 4 e series ive had ive never had issues with them... only problem ive had were the gears in the motor fail once...

The cable on one of my regulators is streched wen its down and on the way up it grinds and sticks if i press down up qyick it will go up. Only grinds on way up

I installed them myself so could the motor be spun around

Can u send a pic of the plastic part you mean
Iv always heard there known to stretch and fail
