I have an XR6T motor in my Mav that has an intermittent hesitation at part throttle. It is OK at idle and when it does it, it has a miss that comes to a point where it comes good instantly when you press harder on the go pedal. It seems to be RPM related more than throttle opening. Sometimes its good for the day other times its bad for the day, its dangerous in the wet because when it comes good you could very well be sideways in a flash.

Now the history, everything is standard including the ecu tuning. The engine loom is an NA with the 2bar TMAP connector fitted. The plugs are new as is the coil packs but ebay specials. The TPS was swapped out with another good one without any change.

Clogged cam phases, Clogged or faulty fuel circuit, wastegate getting jammed? Bad Fly-by-wire throttle? could just be a faulty rev or crank sensor

Don't think its cam related, the head was fully recoed before it went on. Although its a BF turbo head and cams that does not explain the intermittent nature. New fuel pump, lines, filter and regulator.

Turns out the Charcoal box hoses may be wrongly installed, by disconnecting the purge solenoid it no longer has this hesitation on part throttle. The box is from an AU falcon, anyone have a diagram on where the three hoses go?
