Hey guys
Just wondering if these bulbs are replaceable and if so where do i get them from.
In the AU Fairmont Ghia there are 4 buttons above the head unit, these are traction control, demister, lock/unlock etc. Two of these have stopped illuminating. i have taken the bulbs out an they are busted. But i have never seen these before, they have a black backing to them. On the back of them they say H8 or could be 8H?
Am i able to get these from supercheap or do i have to go to ford ?

search for neo wedge bulbs, they don't pull out of the holder.

you can also get "grain of wheat" bulbs with the leads and replace them.

I had this exact problem last week, except I was after the odometer ones.
They are called Flat base T3's and I went ALL over Adelaide looking for them.. Jaycar - No, Auto Part stores (many various) - Don't stock them anymore, d**k Smiths - What are they??
Ended up going to Ford and forking out $12.95 EACH!! for 3 of them.

However in your case all is not lost..
I found THESE led versions on Ebay though. No good for the Odo LCD as they don't spread the light well enough, but should be fine for button back-lighting.
