Hey cool - I am *definately* keeping the latest 3.23:1 LSD out the back of an EL sedan and trying to work out how to swap everything over. When I park downhill my diff leaves oil on the ground as the front seal went about 25,000km ago.

Have three litres of Nulon {"Really F'ing Nice"} LSD oil ready - just in case. But as long as it keeps driving the car forwards, I ain't putting any more in.

And it is reasuuring that it still deposits oil on the ground when parking downhill... Means the axles still have something lubing them... A little......

EDIT - Ended up swapping the NL LSD for a EL wagon one. Yet to see it moving

I start a automotive course in the coming month so i'll be leaving it until then when i can get hands on expert advice in the flesh. All the information i've been sifting through has got me quite intrigued with the idea :)

Bit of a leak ae fiend, always got leaks in the ford well i do :P

Identified a split map sensor vaccum line yesterday, car running coughing like s**t on idle again!
All fixed up now split where two sections of line join under the inlet manifold. Was swearing quite a bit for half an hour trying to grasp it, jacked the front end up 5 minutes later done :)
Car was averaging 27liters to a hundred k! back to a healthy twelve now :)
