Hi guys, just need to know how the sway bar measurements work, from XG-1 to XG-2 the swaybar sizes vary I've found 18mm, 20mm, 21mm, 22mm, 24mm, 25mm,26mm, 27mm and possibly a few more, 22mm seams to be the more common, my question is my sway bar (93 XG-2) measures with vernier calipers at 21.93, am correct in assuming that this would be the 22mm swaybar mount bushes?, , Thanks in advance, John.

Yep....22mm......the various sizes are for whether it be an XR6, or a basic low std model, or an Outback, or a 1 tonner.

Does anyone know how much grease to use when fitting the nolathane bushs,?,last ones I got from eBay were the blue polyurethane bushs supposedly 22mm but the sway bar slides inside them from side to side causing it to pull either way till it straightens itself out again, john.
Edit:ok going to use the nolathane's without grease this time, starting to wonder about these WASP heavy duty link pins having something to do with it, will find out soon enough.
