Is it possible to open the climate control panel and clean the temperature sensor on an EL fairmount?
The reason I ask is I have another car where the climate control cabin sensor is seperate from the control unit and I recently cleaned this sensor which improved the performance of the whole unit.
I believe the ford unit sucks in air thru the slot in the bottom of the control panel and over the years it must suck in a lot of dust, which must upset the sensor, which is why I want to clean it.
