Yes. The au fuel rail will fit straight on the ef..
Power gains? None...

This is exactly what I did to my EF. AU injectors, rail and reg. And as Troyman said, no gain in power, but the idle became smoother and throttle response was improved. A very simple and worthwhile mod.

AU Injectors will be an improvemnet but fitting the AU Rail and Fuel Reg is a waste of time and effort for your application.

If it is an AU XR6 Fuel Reg then by all means fit it as the AU Fuel Reg will not fit the EF/EL Fuel rail.

If you are going boosted then the AU Fuel Rail can be fitted with the B series XR6T Fuel Reg.

That kit will be fine as Injectors for E series/AU/BA-BF all mount the same will fit the fuel rail and manifold fine. The kit says its for an AU and you have AU injectors so you will be fine.

As for the fuel reg 2.7 bar is 270 kpa and that is the same that is fitted to your EF from factory. Std Falcon/Futura/Fairmont E Series/AU were 270 kpa, XR6 and Fairmont Ghia EF SII and EL Ghia were 300 kpa, AU VCT was 350 kpa I believe.

repo will also be rediculously expensive, i cleaned a set of au injectors myself and put them in my el, it started better and idled better after i put them in,

Sorry to revive an older thread, But does anyone know if putting an AU XR6 Fuel Reg, rail and injectors onto an EF Futura with a mild cam upgrade, extractors and K&N filter through 3 inch induction can be done without chipping the ECU? Would it just run supper rich? Cheers.

Yeah it will just run rich.
Not something you really want as these engines already run quite rich as standard.
