AU XR6 fuel reg is 300kpa, same as the EF/EL XR6 reg. AU VCT XR6 got a 350kpa.

Injectors are a good upgrade just for the better spray pattern, you will get a little better throttle response as well as a possible improvement in fuel economy.

Up grades you are talking about, cam, extractors, induction will be fine with the stock ECU.
