Hey guys,
I have been having a few problems with my EL2 xr8 lately,
I did a coolant flush about 2 months ago. I replace;
-coolant bottle(old one was all brown and dirty)
-new sensor (genuine ford)
-tectaloy coolant
-and did a nice flush with tap/hose water

Before this I noticed a bit of coolant on my rocker covers, so recently I replaced all the gaskets (manifold, egr spacer and tb also)

The car starts and drives fine when I stop the car it just dumps heaps of coolant on the ground, and sometimes when I'm driving it will suck the coolant bottle dry and when the thermo fans kick in it will blast coolant back into the bottle till the point where it goes out the overflow.

This problem was happening before I did the change/ coolant flush, it's it a head gasket or blocked radiator??

P.S. My footwell and front vents don't work only the front windscreen does after replacing the manifold gaskets, have I done something wrong?

I just have been so busy lately and havint been able to work on the car or get it looked at

I look forward to the feed back

Replace you coolant tank cap with a new one.

Vent default without vaccume in demist, check to see if you pulled the vac line that goes into the cabin.

I changed the cap on my NL and it's still doing it. I've had 3 E series 5.0's and I think they have all done it. Not sure exactly what it is that is pressurising the overflow and pushing the coolant out. I have to top the coolant up at least once every month or two, and sometimes more often if I have been running the AC a lot.
