When you jump the starter, the car actually starts and runs?

What is the smartlock jewel doing? Is it flashing fast? Does it go out when you turn the key to reds?

If the Jewel is flashing fast, then I suspect that you have a smartlock issue.

Reprogram the ignition to the BCM or give the BCM a smack.

Is your fuel pump priming?

Windows down, all accessories off, ie radio etc. Turn ignition to reds and wait 30 -60 mins (depending on car) when programmed, door locks should cycle twice. Turn ignition off and then try and start the car.

Is the ute an auto?
