Yes, I have mine positioned at the rear of the rockercover.
I have seen others on the Drivers and passenger side Shocktower, also one was mounted at the front of the rockercover (that one seemed strange). You will need to extend the coilpack plug and probably look at alternative length plug leads. |

Grab another plug with as much wire as possible from the wreckers.
Pull yours up through the BBM and unrap as much as needed from the loom. Cut wires close to the plug. Solder the wires to the new plug and heatshink the joints. Wrap the new loom and plug it in. |
