G'day El

I've got a camtech 848 in my hybrid. They are available for the non-hybrid as well. It's very smooth and has a barely perceptible "lump" at idle. It's easy to drive around town and superb on the open road.

Having said that it boils down to the mods you have already done. To get the most benefit out of a cam upgrade, you should at least get a set of decent extractors, a decent cat convertor, and (say) a 2.5 inch exhaust. Then I'd consider a good quality cold air intake. If you are going to go down the road of a cam you probably should consider a tuning chip as well.

You should definitely get some decent valve springs when you upgrade the cam.

Finally, if you would prefer a lumpier cam, you should go for something bigger - say a camtech 846 or 845. I will probably upgrade at some stage in the future (you can never have enough power), but before I do that I will need to upgrade my injectors and regulator as well.

Hope this helps.

Edit: Mmmm - well that was silly. I've just realised that this is a wanted to buy forum.

Apologies.
