Ive got an AU non VCT motor and box which I plan to put in my xf van project. Im after a low, lumpy idle but maybe not so choppy. I was thinking of a stage 3 atomic cam with a j3 chip to suit as well as a 3" exhaust but have heard it may be a pain to tune up once fitted.
Has anyone had any experience with this sort of stuff or have any suggestions?
As its going to be more of a cruiser/show car I'm not so fussed on it's power gains and more about the sound of the idle.
