Hi Guys

So my BA Falcon Wagon has 2 issues that I need help with

1. When unlocking with the key, it no longer unlocks but can get stuck in the unlock position.

2. the only key fob that we had working(other flat battery) died suddenly about a week ago. I replaced the battery and have tried syncing it with the car and I can't get it to sync.

Today I serviced the master actuator changing the worm drive, springs and the motor.

The doors lock/unlock using the center console and can unlock by pulling any of the other doors.
I really need to get this fixed as I can't have my missus going to the shops and having to climb through the car to unlock with 2 kids and the shopping.

Thanks in advance

A- maybe try some graphite powder in door lock?

A- i take you don't know how to program key fobs? - turn key to auxiliary [pretty sure its aux not ign? ] within in 5 seconds [approx] hit heated rear window switch 3 times [whats now my yellow peril {AU wagon} took me a 'few' goes to get it into learning mode], when the doors lock/unlock you then need to operate the remotes that you have. do this one remote at a time. if accepted the door locks will cycle for each key fog ... when finished turn off car. did have a piece of paper telling me what to do & this is what's done for the fords here

I would hope the remote works.

Locked the car went to bed, woke up wouldn't unlock the car. Replaced the battery, still nothing.
