Today i was out at my eb with some string tape and a pen. I used the string to run the line that my loom will go to give me a idea of how long my wires need to be. and i used the tape and pen to mark were the plugs will end up. Now i just have to match the loom to that and all the plugs should reach to there they need to go :D. Im going to be working on this why i wait for my k.frame and mounts.

BUT ..... couldn't see what that black plastic part in the middle top of pic was. believe i need to remove this ....... but a pic showing me how it's plumbed in would be awesome

I can have a pic up for you tomorrow man. For what its worth for now tho.. The rubber hose at the top coming towards us hooks up to a metal pipe that goes into the thermostat. There is also 1 at the top on the inside that goes into a metal pipe and that is the pipe that runs around the back of the head and goes to the heater box. The pipe at the bottom going away from us hooks up to the gearbox, I think. ill have to double check that tomorrow. I think the plastic thing is a tap that lets hot water run through when you turn your heater on?

here is a side pic of the tap thing man. Im pritty sure it allows the hot water to flow to the heater core when you turn your heater on.

here are the 4relays i cut out of the engine bay relay/fuse box. I just need to find a box that will fit it with a lid to box it in so later if i have to i can just unplug and plug new relays in.

1relay is for pcm, 2nd relay is for injectors/coils, 3rd and 4th relays are for the thermo fan. Im not to sure why the thermo fan has 2relays as there is only 1fan, the only thing i could think of is 1relay is a slow fan speed and the other relay is a faster fan speed? eny ideas on that guys? I also have a couple of wires left on my loom to join up but not to sure about them yet. 1of them comes from 1of the 2plug that go into the aircon and gose to the wac relay, dose eny1 know what wac stands for and what it dose?

Ahh BF-BF (Forgot its BF) I had no idea the BF runs a single hey-would have thought that 1 would not have as much flow as 2.

by this time [well AU ..... if it weren't wanted for that model it wasn't fitted ie cost cutting] i'm presuming costing was making a big impact on vehicle build :?:
