I've heard of a few people doing the bbm mod but not too sure what exactly is done and if it even works?
If anyone has any information on how to do and if it should be done, it would be great to hear from you.
Thanks

Not sure what you mean,I know the turbo guys often remove the butterflies in the BBM but I don't think that would have any advantage in a naturally aspirated engine.

BA/BF turbo came without the butterfly's from factory.

i would imagine you'd loose Torque somewhere, Think it would be in the Top end of the rev range, As didn't the BBM work the long runners up to 3000rpm then switch to the short runners?

Yep FG used a Log style Manifold on the turbos and some sort of plastic fantastic Crap on the NA's.

Apparently when the bbm butterflies open at the set rpm (3800 or what ever it is) they only open to around 85% and if you modify something on the actuator or bracket they can open fully to 100%
