I am looking at making my 2013 G6 brake allot better then what it is now I am seeing these slotted and dimple and both so what do you guys suggest to make my G6 brake better with out paying over the
top as it's now a street machine it's just a safety issue.

If the brakes are 298mm front and 303mm rear, you would be MUCH better off upgrading to 322mm front and 328mm rears.
You will need a new set of front caliper outriggers (if you want NEW of course)
