What reading should I get when bench testing a starter motor with a healthy spade terminal? Im going through all my options, just starting to learn the auto electrical side of cars. Big thanks! And how should a bcm be tested with a multimeter? Mine is under the dash on the left side of the steering wheel and by the looks it can't be taken out from behind the dash unless you unclip it.
