Don't suppose anyone would know if the futura came with the sunglasses holder as standard, or was it just fairmont / fairlane?

Futura - no

Fairmont/Fairlane/LTD - believe so

may also be available as an option ?

my Futura has full elec windows & rear interior lights which i have not seen on too many others, & does not have the sunglasses holder. i fitted the AU sunglasses holder because i have spares of em & no AU  .

Ah crap. A Futura appeared at a wrecker, so I thought I might make the drive but if it doesn't have it then there's no point. I'm having issues tracking down a sunglasses holder and a headliner board to suit.

Found a supplier of what I believe to be almost identical fabric so I just need to get the board and the sunglasses thing and I'm set.

Also appears by eyeball measurement that the Fairlane may be a slightly longer roof, so it looks like I'll be limited to hunting out a Fairmont

Yes, there are a few vehicles with the holder, but as I don't want to mess up the cutting, I also need the headliner board to go with it, and a territory or a wagon won't fit the XR6 :(

what i am saying is .... if you find a BA/BF with the sunglasses base ... and it's missing the actual holder..... look in a terri

plus it is NOT hard to fit it in any AU/BA/BF head lining

It might come to that in the end. The big thing is though, is the territory sunglasses console the same part number as the falcon / fairmont one?

Well that was a failure, I assumed being an SUV that all Territory models would have the sunglasses console, but no, not this one

And still no luck, despite another scavenger hunt today... We found some of the parts needed for her BA, but no sunglasses holder for me.
