Thats exactly right, its a myth that the throttle doesnt shut with an auto as much.

Agreed. You just dont get the throttle closing between gears usually. An engine's throttle plate snapping shut is the same regardless of transmission - it just happens a lot more with a manual.

Yeah, i think its very cool indeed. Dunno if BTR feels the same way....
